Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application.
• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in STEM with extensive relevant experience.
• 20 years of experience with BS or 18 years with MS/PhD.
• Experience with radar, infrared, electro-optical sensor processing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a sector-level technical authority for tracking and discrimination algorithms.
• Define long-term roadmaps for radar, infrared, and multi-sensor sensing.
• Lead development of nonlinear and maneuver-aware estimators (Kalman variants).
• Mentor engineers and interface with senior leadership on strategic programs.
