Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks an NG Fellow 1 – Tracking and Discrimination in Chandler, AZ to set strategy for radar, infrared, and multi-sensor tracking and discrimination. You will lead real-time, low-latency processing, sensor fusion, and target-state estimation while shaping technical direction across programs and customers.

Qualificações

• Bachelors, Masters, and/or PhD in a relevant STEM degree.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• 20 years of experience with a BS or 18 years with an MS or PhD.
• Experience with radar, infrared, or electro-optical sensor data processing.

Responsabilidades

• Define and influence long-term technical roadmaps for radar, infrared, and multi-sensor sensing.
• Lead development and maturation of tracking, discrimination, and sensor-fusion algorithms for missile-defense programs.
• Provide technical leadership across the engineering lifecycle, including requirements, verification, and fielding support.
