Job summary

The American Film Institute seeks a Manager of Inclusion & Fellow Engagement to support AFI Conservatory Fellows, fostering belonging, accessibility, and professional growth. You will partner with Conservatory leadership to design and implement inclusive programming and resources, acting as an advocate and liaison across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred in a related field.
• Minimum three years in program management within higher education or similar environment.
• Experience developing and supporting justice, equity, diversity, inclusion initiatives and programming.
• Strong planning, evaluation, and metrics development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management for Fellow engagement, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
• Collaborate with Conservatory leadership to identify learning and development needs and build programs.
• Develop and manage inclusion programming from concept to ongoing administration and assessment.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and communications for departmental initiatives.
• Maintain program management systems, databases, and calendars; ensure documentation and archiving.
