  • At least 2 years of related work experience.

  • Provide online/offline customer support and resolve issues.
  • Plan and conduct regular customer visits.
  • Prepare monthly reports on main activities.

Job description

We're looking for someone based in the US. This is a work-from-home role, but it requires business trips to clients when needed.

Tasks
  • Provide support for specific issues to customers online or offline.
  • Respond promptly (usually within 24 hours) to customer issues or complaints, and visit customers if necessary.
  • Follow RMA processes in CRM and record returns in the online list.
  • Plan service visits for the upcoming week, including more visits to customer sites.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to review issues and RMA follow-ups within the team and with partners.
  • Prepare a basic monthly report on main activities.
  • Follow the task list related to the call center project according to the timeline.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain good communication.
  • Provide feedback or analysis reports as needed.
  • Maintain good communication and relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on products or Ananda links.
  • Review service processes together to improve efficiency.
  • Support customer visits for additional support, such as business support.
Requirements
  • Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience; PCBA welding skills are preferred.
  • Minimum secondary education level.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
