Base pay range

We're looking for someone based in the US. This is a work-from-home role, but requires business trips to clients when needed.

Tasks
  • Provide support for customer issues online or offline.
  • Respond quickly (normally within 24h) and follow up on customer issues or complaints, visiting customers if needed.
  • Follow RMA procedures in CRM and record returns to customers online.
  • Plan service visits for the upcoming week, including more customer visits.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to review issues and RMA follow-ups within the team.
  • Prepare a basic monthly report on main work activities.
  • Follow the task list related to the call center project according to timelines.
  • Conduct normal customer visits and maintain good communication.
  • Provide feedback or analysis reports as needed.
  • Maintain good communication and relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide training to customers about products or Ananda links.
  • Review service processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support customer visits for additional support, such as business support.
Requirements
  • Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience; PCBA welding experience and skills are preferred.
  • Minimum secondary education level.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and any ERP system.
