Job summary

Nexus Circular is seeking a Feedstock Planning & Reporting Analyst to serve as the analytics backbone for the national feedstock account team. You will own multi-year forecasts, recurring reporting for executives, and data integrity of the feedstock pipeline in Salesforce.

You will also lead the ISCC+ supplier self-declaration program and ensure timely, accurate data across teams. The role blends analytical work with program ownership, requiring data mining, forecasting, and proactive management

Qualifications

• Undergraduate quantitative degree or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years in an analyst/planning/business reporting role.
• Fluency with pivot tables, lookups, and multi-tab models.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year feedstock supply forecast and base plan workbook.
• Build monthly executive reporting and maintain underlying data.
• Maintain recurring Salesforce reports and subscriptions with weekly cadence.
• Forecast recycled content and track PCR volumes and designations.
• Manage ISCC+ self-declaration process and supplier declarations.
