Job summary

Nexus Circular LLC is seeking a Feedstock Planning & Reporting Analyst to anchor the national feedstock account team's analytics and reporting. This role drives the multi-year supply forecast, recurring reporting to executives, and data integrity of the feedstock pipeline in Salesforce.

The successful candidate will blend analytical work with program ownership, chasing inputs and acting as the go-to person for what numbers mean, while coordinating with the Director of Strategic Feedstock

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with quantitative component (Math/Stats/Env Science/Chemical Engineering/Economics) or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years in analytics, planning, or business reporting; manufacturing/plastics/recycling knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced Excel required with pivot tables, lookups, and multi-tab models.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year feedstock supply forecast and base plan workbook, refresh from Salesforce and publish updates.
• Build monthly executive analysis and charts for leadership reporting; maintain data after month close.
• Maintain recurring Salesforce reports and weekly cadence of deliveries.
