Competenze

• Must have mechanical ability and desire to learn.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Experience in animal settings.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills

Mansioni

• Assist with the management of the department assigned.
• Support the routine care and feeding of beef cattle.
• Work with Feedyard Management to support operations and identify improvements.
• Prepare short- and long-term operational plans with the Feedyard Manager.
• Report weekly and monthly feedlot performance.
• Ensure safety standards and asset security.
