Job summary

Furst-McNess Company is seeking a full-time Production Operator for our Lodi, WI location off I-90. The role supports safe, efficient production of feed and mineral products, with a 4-day schedule (Mon–Thu, Noon–10pm) and 10-hour shifts. Starting pay is $23+ per hour, with overtime and bi-weekly pay.

Onsite role with a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in manufacturing or packaging, with the ability to operate industrial

Qualifications

• English proficiency including reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing, production, and packaging equipment.
• Package product and stack bags or bulk product onto pallets.
• Measure, prepare and add materials according to work instructions.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods.
• Follow inventory procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Complete production, quality, and safety documentation on time.
