AgState is seeking a dedicated Feed Operations Technician to join our team in Iowa. You will support feed receipt and order fulfillment, operate the control room and scale, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a feed mill environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and reliability, with opportunities to perform routine maintenance and inventory checks while supporting multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Operate control room/scale in feed mill setting with sound technical ability.
• Receive feed ingredients and transfer to appropriate bins.
• Fill feed orders daily, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Documentation of maintenance according to OSHA Standards.
• Assist with daily maintenance checks on all running equipment.
• Monitor bin inventories for adequate operating inventories.
• Perform quality assurance checks daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
