Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Receiving Operator to join the Feed Mill team. You will be responsible for receiving and verifying raw ingredients and placing them in proper locations. Responsibilities include unloading bulk loads, collecting lab samples, and maintaining clean, safe receiving areas.

The role requires climbing, lifting up to 30 lbs+, and the ability to work in dusty, hot, or cold conditions. Forklift certification may be required after hire.

• Able to climb high structures and work in dusty environments.
• Able to lift more than 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working in hot or cold temperatures.
• Able to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Unload bulk ingredient loads and collect samples for the lab.
• Monitor ingredient inventories and coordinate with feed mill elevator purchasing agent.
• Clean and maintain good housekeeping in the receiving area.
• Unload bagged ingredients from semi-trailers and stock them in the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Join our Feed Mill team and play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality poultry products to customers. The receiving operator is responsible for receiving and verifying raw ingredients and place into proper locations.

• Unloads bulk ingredient loads and collects samples from loads for the lab.
• Monitors ingredient inventories and communicates with feed mill elevator purchasing agent.
• Cleans work area and maintains good housekeeping in receiving area.
• Unloads bag in gredients from semi- trailers and stocks them in the warehouse
• Other duties as assigned .
