Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Feed Mill Receiving Clerk for 1st and 2nd shift in Harrisonburg, VA. You will unload trains, rail cars, bulk ingredients trucks and load out corn trucks, printing tickets and keeping the corn reclaim system running. The role requires the ability to work with others, in dusty environments, with overtime as needed, and a good attendance record. Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to work with others and without direct supervision.
• Able to work in a dusty environment.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Excellent attendance, safety and work record.
• Ability to operate machinery including Train locomotive.

Responsibilities

• Unload corn trains (75–150 cars/week).
• Unload other rail cars (20–50 cars/week).
• Unload bulk ingredients trucks (around 20/week).
• Unload bag ingredients trucks.
• Load out corn trucks.
• Print receiving and load-out scale tickets.
• Keep corn reclaim system running.
