Pilgrim's in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Feed Mill Receiving Clerk for 1st & 2nd shifts. Primary tasks include unloading trains and trucks, printing tickets, and keeping the receiving area running smoothly. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and comfort working in a dusty mill environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekend work; 1st shift 6:00 am–3:00 pm. Benefits begin after 60 days, with PTO, 401(k) match, and attendance incentives for perfect attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; ability to work with others in a production setting.
• Comfortable operating or assisting with mill equipment and trains.

Responsibilities

• Unload corn trains (75–150 cars/week) and other rail cars (20–50/week).
• Unload bulk ingredients trucks (~20/week) and bag ingredients trucks.
• Load out corn trucks and print receiving/load-out scale tickets.
• Maintain corn reclaim system and keep receiving areas clean.
• Fill in other areas as needed and work overtime when required.
