Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a primary function role involving unloading incoming ingredient trucks, maintaining stock organization, and performing equipment maintenance. You will ensure compliance with FSMA, FDA, GMP and QC procedures while preventing product loss.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of feed manufacturing equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to perform basic math functions and use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Operate auto-receiving system and unload incoming trucks.
• Inspect incoming material against receiving documents.
• Rotate stock and manage storage space.
• Prepare paperwork and reports, keep records up to date.
• Coordinate batching schedule with production personnel.
• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Operate a pallet jack and forklift as needed.
• Follow FDA, GMP and QC procedures and safety policies.
