Qualifications

• Must be 16+ for part-time positions.
• Duties include mixing feed, loading/unloading trucks, running pellet mills, bagging.
• Shift hours: Day 8:00–16:30; Afternoon 4-day week; plant closes around 9pm.
• Starting pay: Day shift starts at $20/hour and moves to $21 after 90 days; Afternoon shift starts at $24/hour and moves to $25 after 90 days.
• Merit raises after 90 days and production bonus averaging $3-4/hour in 2025.
