Job summary

Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Eagle Grove, IA, is seeking a full-time Night-Shift Feed Mill Operator to keep the mill running smoothly.

You will load and unload trucks, operate a computer-controlled system, and support operations and maintenance. This role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package after a 30-day probation.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 4:00 am, with overtime and weekend work during the busy season as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Commitment to zero-injury safety procedures and safe work practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: kneeling, climbing ladders, lifting up to 55 pounds, working in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends during busy seasons.

Responsibilities
