Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Woden, IA, is seeking a Grain Processing Operator to join our team full-time. The role involves overseeing grain receiving, storage, drying, blending, and loading with a focus on quality and safety.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with weekend work in peak seasons. We offer competitive pay ($19.00–$23.50/hour based on experience) plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and extensive benefits after a 30-day probation period, including health/dental/vision, 401k

Qualifications

• Able to meet physical requirements: standing, confined spaces, climbing heights.
• Able to work in heat and cold.
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Oversee receiving, storing, handling, drying, blending, and loading grain with precision.
• Monitor grain quality and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of grain facilities and equipment.
• Support the agronomy department during peak seasons.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive mindset with strong attendance.
