Job summary

Century Nutrition, Inc. in Ida Grove, IA is seeking full-time and part-time help for feed production. Flexible daytime and evening shifts, with a 4-day work week on the afternoon shift, and a starting day shift wage of $20/hr rising to $21 after 90 days, plus a $3-4/hr production bonus after 90 days.

FT offers a $1,000 sign-on, PT offers $300 sign-on. Responsibilities include mixing feed, loading/unloading trucks, running pellet mills, and bagging.

• Merit raises after 90 days and production bonus averaging $3-4/hour in 2025.

$1000 sign-on Bonus FT, $300PT.

FT and PT Help Wanted: Flexible Daytime and Evening FT and PT openings in feed production in Century Nutrition's Ida Grove feedmill. This is a relaxed environment with a large amount of freedom to do different things. Employees are allowed to carry their cell phones.

FT day shift candidates could expect to earn $23-24/hr (with prod bonus) in their 1st year.

FT afternoon shift candidates could expect to earn $25-28/hr with prod bonus) in their 1st year. This shift is a 4 day work week.

Part-time individuals (age 16+) that would like to work 1-2 days or days or nights a week or Saturday would be welcome to apply.

Starting pay- Day shift starts at $20/hour and moves to $21 (plus bonus after 90 day successful review). Afternoon shift starts at $24/hr and moves to $25/hr (after 90 day successful review).

Merit raises will occur after the 90 day review. After 90 days, employees are eligible for the production bonus that averaged over $3-4/hr in 2025.

Duties include mixing feed, loading and unloading trucks, running pellet mills, bagging & other duties. The daytime shift hours are from 8-4:30pm. The afternoon shift is a 4-DAY WORK WEEK with the plant closing nightly around 9pm.
