Job summary

Gold-Eagle Cooperative invites driven individuals to join our feed mill in Galt, IA as a full-time Feed Mill Worker. You’ll help load and unload trucks, operate computer-controlled systems, and keep the mill running smoothly with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

We offer a $22 per hour starting wage, a progressive benefits package after 30 days, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Work days are Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with potential night shifts as production grows.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and support zero-injury culture.
• Experience in maintenance-related disciplines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks to ensure timely distribution.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Operate computer-controlled systems to improve efficiency.

The Minimum Requirements To Be Considered

Work Schedule

Embrace the rhythm of our full-time schedule, operating Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role will initially be scheduled for day shifts and will transition to night shifts as production demand grows.

Salary: $22 - $27.00 per hour
