Job summary

Mountaire Farms in North Carolina seeks an experienced manager to oversee the manufacturing and quality of food across approximately 500 contract broiler farms. You will supervise maintenance, grain operations, and ensure timely deliveries while complying with FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, and internal standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. in agriculture preferred.
• Experience in feed production or related field valued.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage production, maintenance, feed quality to meet targets and Agristats percentile; coordinate with grow-out and feed mills.
• Plan and manage capital budgets and CERs; oversee project management, planning and budgeting.
• Provide direction to your team to achieve safety and operational goals; oversee training and development.
• Compile operating reports to assess performance and drive continuous improvement (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Ensure compliance with FDA, Safety, Environmental regulations and internal standards.
