Job summary

Wayne Farms in Laurel, Mississippi is seeking a team member for the evening shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) with occasional Saturdays. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mix and route feed per formulas and schedule using batching equipment.
• Coordinate batching schedule with production staff to maximize efficiency.
• Complete and maintain reports and documents neatly.
• Monitor and adjust equipment as required.
• Use appropriate parameters to deliver high-quality product.
• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the proper personnel.
• Maintain clean designated areas and comply with safety policies.
