Job summary

Koch Foods in Chattanooga, TN, is seeking a hands-on team member to provide guidance and assistance to feed haul drivers and help load trucks with accurate orders.

You will document required records, perform related duties, and work in a physically demanding environment with heavy lifting, long standing periods, and exposure to hot/cold conditions. On-the-job training is provided, and benefits include PTO, health plans, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assistance to feed haul drivers.
• Assist with loading trucks ensuring orders are accurately filled.
• Document and maintain required records.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and carry 50+ lbs.
• Stand 8+ hours throughout work day.
• Regularly work in confined spaces.
• Regularly climb, work and balance on high, elevated platforms.
• Work in hot and cold temperatures, with exposure to dusty conditions and airborne particles.
• Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
