Job summary

House of Rae Ford is seeking a delivery driver to transport feed from the Feed Mill to designated grower farms and houses. A valid Class A CDL and FMCSA qualification are required to operate safely.

You will lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in hot or cold environments, and be prepared for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Safety rules and state regulations must be followed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy objects.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Able to walk stairs multiple times daily; comfortable outdoors in hot/cold, dusty or moist environments.

Job description

Objective: Responsible for delivering feed from the Feed Mill to the designated grower farms and houses in a safe and efficient manner.

Must have a valid Class A Commercial Drivers license with no restrictions. Must be physically qualified per FMCSA.

Must be able to:

• lift/handle up to 50 pounds
• push and pull heavy objects
• able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed
• able to work overtime if needed
• walk up and down multiple flights of stairs multiple times daily
• have no fear of heights
• work in hot or cold environment
• work in dusty or moist environment (most of the time you will be outside)
• follow all safety rules, company policies, FMCSA Regulations, State laws, etc.
