Job summary

PNC in Cleveland, Ohio seeks an Operations Specialist in the Fee Group of AMG Operations Revenue and Financial Services. You will set up new accounts, apply fee schedules, establish fee cycles and effective dates, and ensure accurate fee calculation using Excel and Revport.

The role requires keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and communicate across departments.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with <1 year professional experience.
• Experience in fund accounting, sub-accounting, securities, or trust is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex transactions with standard policies and procedures and may handle specialized products or areas.
• Identify and address exceptions; escalate complex transactions and work with internal partners to complete actions.
• Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers; review processes and drive improvements.
• Review transactions to verify completeness, accuracy, and compliance with service levels and policies; participate in risk mitigation.
• Train and onboard new hires as needed.
