Job summary

Nozomi Networks is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own the FedRAMP environment, ensuring availability, compliance, and security posture. You will collaborate with our Switzerland-based SRE team and Security & Compliance, managing patching, deployment, and evidence collection in a highly regulated setting.

Applicants should be US-based and experienced in FedRAMP/FISMA environments, with strong Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure skills.

Qualifications

• US citizenship or lawful permanent residency and ability to pass background investigations per FedRAMP requirements.
• Proven professional experience as SRE/DevOps/Cloud engineer in regulated environments (FedRAMP/FISMA/DoD).
• Strong autonomous work ethic and async communication across time zones (CET).

Responsibilities

• Own FedRAMP environment availability, performance, and continuous compliance.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure within FedRAMP boundary (AWS GovCloud).
• Lead patching and vulnerability remediation lifecycle with SLAs and evidence.
• Execute and improve the Continuous Monitoring program with monthly scans and POA&M tracking.
• Manage deployments and change control following CM processes and change requests.
• Maintain CIS/STIG hardening and FIPS-validated cryptography requirements.
• Implement automated solutions for deployment, patching, evidence collection, and ops.
• Troubleshoot issues across network, OS, and applications.
