Job summary

C-Serv seeks a Site Reliability Engineer II for the San Francisco Bay area, operating in a FedRAMP-authorised environment with US soil eligibility. This hybrid role covers 24/7 FedRAMP Operations, with rotational shifts and an initial contract through March 27.

You will own real-time monitoring, triage, and incident response across AWS (Commercial/GovCloud) and EKS, leveraging Kibana for root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or cloud support.
• Proficient Linux administration and scripting (bash/Python).
• Kubernetes/EKS and AWS services experience.

Responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring and first-response triage across AWS and EKS.
• Log analysis in Kibana/Elasticsearch to identify root causes.
• CVE remediation and STIG hardening within FedRAMP SLA windows.
• Deployment execution and troubleshooting via GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Argo Workflows.
