Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, is seeking a FedRAMP ISSO to own and drive our FedRAMP Moderate program, shaping compliance posture and automated evidence collection across the cloud environment.

You’ll work with engineering, product, legal, and federal agency customers to keep the authorization healthy, run ConMon, and translate evolving guidance into practical actions, using AI-assisted workflows where it makes sense.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security, with at least 3 years in a dedicated FedRAMP ISSO/ISSE role at a CSP.
• Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 and the FedRAMP Baseline.
• Experience drafting and defending large System Security Plans (SSP).

Responsibilities

• Own the FedRAMP program end-to-end and drive execution.
• Maintain the System Security Plan and control implementations within the authorized boundary.
• Lead POA&M management from finding to closure and remediation.
