Cribl is seeking a FedRAMP ISSO to own our Moderate authorization, drive compliance operations, and implement AI-augmented workflows across our cloud environment. You’ll coordinate with engineering, product, and legal teams to keep the authorization healthy and scalable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security experience, including 3+ years in a FedRAMP ISSO/ISSE role at a CSP.
• Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 and the FedRAMP baseline.
• Proven experience authoring and maintaining large-scale System Security Plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the FedRAMP program end-to-end as the accountable leader for Moderate authorization.
• Maintain the System Security Plan reflecting architecture and control implementations.
• Drive POA&M management from finding to closure with engineering remediation.
• Lead monthly ConMon reporting and annual 3PAO coordination.
• Automate evidence collection and streamline reporting cycles.
• Prepare documentation for 3PAO Assessments and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Assess security impact of system changes and evolving AI capabilities.
• Serve as the primary federal point of contact with agency customers and AOs.
• Collaborate with engineering/DevOps on control implementation and remediation.
• Translate evolving federal guidance into actionable team directions.
• Remote-first work with occasional after-hours as needed.
