Job summary

Cribl is seeking a FedRAMP ISSO to own the security posture, compliance operations, and continuous monitoring for our FedRAMP Moderate cloud environment. You will drive the compliance strategy, working with engineering, product, legal, and federal agency customers to keep the authorization healthy and trusted.

You will manage SSP and POA&M activities, lead 3PAO engagements, and run monthly ConMon reporting, while advancing automation and AI-assisted workflows to streamline evidence collection

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security experience with at least 3 years in a dedicated FedRAMP ISSO/ISSE role at a CSP
• Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 Rev5 and FedRAMP ecosystem baseline
• Proven experience authoring/maintaining large System Security Plans (SSP)

Responsibilities

• Own FedRAMP program end-to-end including SSP, continuous monitoring, POA&M, and agency relationships
• Lead continuous monitoring, ConMon reporting, vulnerability review, and 3PAO coordination
• Automate evidence collection and reporting using secure automation and AI-assisted workflows
