Job summary

Cribl seeks a FedRAMP ISSO to own our Moderate authorization, driving the security posture and continuous monitoring across the FedRAMP environment. You will coordinate with engineering, legal, and federal customers to ensure audit readiness and successful compliance operations.

You will lead the SSP, POA&M lifecycle, and 3PAO activities, leveraging automation and AI to streamline evidence collection and reporting while maintaining strong relationships with agency stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years information security experience, with dedicated FedRAMP ISSO/ISSE role.
• Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 and FedRAMP baseline.
• Experience authoring and maintaining large System Security Plans (SSP).
• Hands-on POA&M management: findings to closure.
• Experience running a continuous monitoring program including ConMon reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own FedRAMP program end-to-end: SSP, continuous monitoring, POA&M lifecycle, agency relationships.
• Maintain SSP to accurately reflect architecture, controls and automation usage.
• Drive POA&M management from finding to closure with remediation timelines.
• Lead monthly ConMon reporting and annual 3PAO coordination.
• Automate evidence collection and reporting workflows.
