Cribl is hiring a FedRAMP ISSO to own and drive the security posture, compliance operations, and continuous monitoring for our FedRAMP Moderate environment. You’ll define and execute the authorization strategy, orchestrate SSP, POA&M, and agency relationships, and lead automation to streamline evidence collection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security experience with a dedicated FedRAMP ISSO/ISSE role.
• Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 and FedRAMP baseline.
• Proven experience authoring and maintaining large System Security Plans (SSP).
• Hands-on POA&M management from finding to closure.
• Experience running a continuous monitoring program end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

• Own FedRAMP program end-to-end: lead Moderate authorization including SSP, continuous monitoring, POA&M, and agency relations.
• Maintain the System Security Plan with up-to-date architecture and controls.
• Drive POA&M management with engineering and remediation timelines.
• Lead monthly ConMon reporting and annual 3PAO coordination.
• Automate evidence collection and reporting workflows with AI-assisted tooling.
• Prepare documentation for 3PAO assessments and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Assess security impact of system changes to avoid unreviewed gaps.
• Serve as primary federal point of contact with agency customers and AOs.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps on control implementation and remediation.
• Translate evolving federal guidance into actionable team direction.
• Occasionally work across time zones beyond standard hours.
