Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
  • Experience developing and optimizing AAP playbooks and templates.
  • RBAC and secure execution models in automation tasks.
  • Integrations with ServiceNow and external APIs.
  • Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell or Shell.
  • Event-driven automation and operational tooling experience.
  • Infrastructure/workflows and incident management in automated environments.
  • CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and support event-driven automation across ServiceNow, Polycloud, and enterprise platforms.
  • Build reusable AAP playbooks for alert remediation and self-healing workflows.
  • Integrate automation with ServiceNow, APIs, and infrastructure platforms.
  • Onboard applications and use cases into the FedOps framework.
  • Troubleshoot automation failures and improve reliability and resiliency.
  • Drive automation modernization and reduce legacy tooling dependency.
  • Collaborate with Development, Security, and Operations teams.

Role Summary

Seeking a FedOps Engineer with strong experience in enterprise automation, cloud platforms, and DevOps within regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) expertise, strong scripting skills, and experience with event-driven automation, incident management, and operational resiliency.

Must Have
  • Strong hands-on Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
  • AAP playbook development and optimization
  • Job Templates and Workflow Templates

  • Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting
  • Event-driven automation and operational tooling
  • Infrastructure/application workflows and incident management
  • CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, troubleshooting
