Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking a FedOps-focused DevOps engineer to manage and support cloud-based platforms in a highly regulated environment. You will drive automation modernization, ensure reliability, and collaborate across development, security, and operations to meet governance standards.

Proficiency in AAP, ServiceNow integrations, and incident management is required. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, automation troubleshooting, and data-driven improvements to accelerate delivery

Qualifications

Hands-on expertise in Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or shell.
Experience with event-driven automation and operational tooling.
Knowledge of infrastructure, application workflows, and incident management processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support event-driven automation with FedOps across ServiceNow, Polycloud, and enterprise platforms.
Build and optimize automation workflows using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
Develop reusable playbooks for alert remediation and self-healing.
Integrate automation with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, APIs).
Support onboarding of apps/use cases into FedOps aligning with standards.
Troubleshoot automation failures to ensure reliability and resiliency.
