FedEx Pickup & Delivery Driver – No CDL necessary!

Company: QIC Corporation

Pay: $21–24 per hour (or daily rate)

Type: Full‑time or Part‑time

Schedule: Day shifts, 1–5 days per week; weekend shifts available. You may be home by dinner at the end of the day, as the company tries to accommodate your schedule.

Job Overview

You will drive a well‑maintained FedEx Ground vehicle to deliver a wide variety of packages to businesses and residential homes throughout the Western Shawnee and Lenexa area. The role is fast‑paced, requires physical activity, and focuses on safety and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities

• Use GPS to plan and follow delivery routes.
• Deliver packages of all sizes, including items up to 150 lb, using dollies or teammates when necessary.
• Maintain the vehicle and perform pre‑trip inspections.
• Adhere to all safety, DOT regulations, and company policies.
• Keep accurate time and record‑keeping of deliveries.
• Assist in loading and unloading at the Terminal/Hub.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid, non‑expired driver’s license.
• No CDL required.
• Good English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug test (no marijuana or approved prescriptions).
