FedEx Pickup & Delivery Driver *Home for Dinner (Lenexa, KS)

QIC Corp Fed Ex Pick-up & Delivery Driver. *Home for Dinner! $21-22/hour or Daily Rate pay + Monthly & Annual Safety Bonus.

QIC seeks Full-Time or Part-Time Fed Ex Pick-up & Delivery Driver. Deliver packages to businesses and residential homes in the Western Shawnee & Lenexa area, drive a well‑maintained Fed Ex vehicle, and join our positive QIC team atmosphere. QIC encourages a healthy work–life balance; your shift will allow you to be home for dinner.

Positions are Day Shifts, full‑time or part‑time, 1–5 days/week. Fast‑paced work requiring self‑initiative. Tasks include using a GPS system, delivering packages, following safety and DOT regulations, and maintaining timeliness.

A typical day starts at the terminal between 7:30‑8:00 am with a pre‑trip inspection, loading, then en route to the delivery area. Packages vary in size, up to 150 lb; larger items may require dollies or teammates. The role is active, physical, and fast‑paced.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid, non‑expired Driver’s License
• No CDL required
• Must read, speak, and understand English well enough to converse with the public, understand highway signs and signals, and respond to official inquiries per 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)
• No DUIs
• Fast‑moving feet, positive mindset, safety first
• Daytime shift only
• Paid training
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical (expenses paid by employer)
• Experience in delivery or driving is an advantage but not required; QIC provides training
• Reliable, long‑term mindset, positive attitude, communication, customer service, and decision‑making skills

Schedule & Pay

Pay: $21‑24/hour or daily rate. Full‑time benefits: health, free dental, free vision, free life insurance, PTO, and safety bonus pay.
