Qic-Corporation is hiring for a Fed Ex Pick-up & Delivery Driver position in Shawnee, Kansas. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive hourly pay ranging from $20–21. Drivers will be responsible for delivering packages while following DOT regulations, and must have at least a valid driver's license and be 21 years or older. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus paid training and bonus pay on weekends.

Qualifications

Fed Ex Pick-up & Delivery Driver – No CDL Necessary

Full‑time or part‑time positions available. Drive a well‑maintained vehicle, deliver a variety of packages to different addresses, and work independently while following DOT regulations and safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned routes and deliver packages while maintaining time management.

• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety measures.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• No CDL required.
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English as required for FMCSA compliance.

• Daytime shift only.
• Strong initiative, safety first mindset, and fast‑moving footwork.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday to Friday: $20–21 per hour; health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
• Weekends: PTO + bonus pay.

• Lenexa Hub – 8000 Cole Pkwy, Lenexa, KS
• Olathe Hub – 22525 W. 167th St, Olathe, KS

Delivery Area

Western Shawnee & Lenexa.
