FedEx Ground Package & Delivery Driver (Tuesday-Saturday) (Lenexa, KS)

FedEx Pick-up & Delivery Driver – No CDL necessary! Competitive pay, monthly bonuses, well-maintained trucks, Home for Dinner!

Starting pay is $20 per hour, with a performance-based raise to $21 per hour after 60 days.

*Intended schedule to work is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday -OR- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - OR- Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. We will work with your preferred schedule!

QIC seeks a Full-time FedEx Pick-up & Delivery Driver. You can work by yourself, deliver packages to businesses and residential homes in the Western Shawnee & Lenexa area, drive a well-maintained FedEx vehicle, and be part of our positive QIC team atmosphere. QIC encourages a healthy work & life balance. A QIC schedule will allow you to be home for dinner. QIC will energetically seek to create a schedule to work best for you. All of QIC positions are Day Shifts, with opportunity to work Full-Time or Part-Time. Schedules may range from 1-5 days/week depending on your needs. In addition, if preferred, QIC has weekend only shifts available as well. This is a fast-paced position with positive interactions and results to your day!

Tasks include using a GPS system, delivering packages, following safety & DOT regulations, and maintaining time. We do not micromanage!

A general day in the life of a QIC FedEx Package & Delivery Driver consists of beginning the day at the Terminal/Hub between 7:30-8:00 am, completing a pre-trip inspection, and ensuring your truck is efficiently loaded. Once efficiently loaded & released, you will have a short drive to the delivery area in Western Shawnee & Lenexa to complete the delivery of packages.

One of the day’s responsibilities includes efficiently loading/unloading, operating truck, using dollies for larger packages up to maximum 150 lbs, marching, and maintaining team cooperation. You will be bending, lifting, and working in the KS weather. At the end of the day, return truck to terminal. QIC managers plan routes to be completed no later than 5:00-5:30 pm.

***Terminal Location(s): Lenexa Hub (8000 Cole Pkwy, Lenexa, KS) – or – Olathe Hub (22525 W. 167th St. Olathe, KS) location

Responsibilities

• Operate truck and assist with loading/unloading up to 150 lbs (using dollies or teammates).
• Work a full‑time or part‑time day shift and adhere to the scheduled calendar.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid, non‑expired driver's license.
• No CDL required.
• Must meet FMCSA requirements for English communication.
• No DUIs and no felony convictions.
• Safety‑first mindset with initiative and fast‑moving feet.
• Daytime shift only.
• Paid training provided.
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical (employer pays all related expenses).
• Prior delivery or driving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Reliable, positive attitude, strong communication, customer‑service, and decision‑making skills.
