Zorman Services Inc is hiring delivery drivers to run FedEx Ground routes out of Arlington, TX. You will deliver packages using a company vehicle, with start times around 8 AM and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Training is provided, and drivers are paid weekly. A $500 signing/retention bonus is available and a daily rate of $200 with a $100 training day for 3 days, plus company-provided gear and vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior delivery driver experience is required.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs, with frequent bending and maneuvering in and out of the delivery vehicle, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• No CDL required.
• No prior delivery experience required — we'll train you.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening conducted after a conditional offer of employment.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload packages; frequent bending and lifting; enter/exit the vehicle to make deliveries.
• Start at 8 AM and work until the route is completed.
• Represent the company professionally and communicate delivery delays or issues to dispatch.

The Job

You'll follow an 8 AM start time and continue until route completion. Drivers represent the company professionally and communicate delivery delays or other issues to dispatch.

Compensation

• Daily pay: $200 per day
• Paid training: $100 per day for 3 days
• One-time bonus: $500: $200 after 30 days and $300 after 60 days of employment
