D & D Delivery Inc. is hiring FedEx Ground delivery drivers in Durham, NC. You will operate a company-provided box truck to deliver packages to homes and businesses in the local area.

Pay ranges from $150 to $200 per day, with a two-week paid training period at $125 per day and weekly pay on Fridays. A weekend rotation is included and there is potential for a performance bonus up to $500. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 150 lbs.

About D & D Delivery Inc.

D & D Delivery Inc. provides 14- and 16-foot box trucks for routes in Wake County, Durham County, and the surrounding area. Drivers receive two weeks of paid training at $125 per day and are paid weekly on Friday. Routes include rural, suburban, residential, and business deliveries.

The Job

You’ll deliver packages to homes and businesses in the local service area using a company-provided box truck. Routes average 25 miles per day and take about 8 hours, until all packages are delivered. The work includes loading and unloading packages, frequent bending, and getting in and out of the truck throughout the day.

During peak periods, employees may earn a performance-based bonus of up to $500.

Requirements

• Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening conducted after a conditional offer of employment.

Schedule

5 to 6 days per week, with a flexible schedule based on the route. Routes include a weekend rotation. Start time is 8:30 AM, and work continues until route completion. The average workday is 8 hours.
