Join to apply for the FedEx Delivery Driver role at RouteElite LLC.

We are hiring full-time and part-time FedEx Delivery drivers with work-related driving experience and a strong work ethic to make local residential and business deliveries. (CDL License Not required!)

Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test (including marijuana) with continued random drug screens throughout employment.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck.
• Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work, be punctual, and ready to work each day.
• Be able to climb stairs and work in all weather conditions.
• Have a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.

Daily duties include:

• Safely operate your vehicle at all times.
• Deliver and pick up packages for businesses and residences, with up to 150 stops per day.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Load and organize deliveries.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with management.
• Utilize scanner devices to track deliveries accurately.
• Ensure proper handling and disposition of packages.
• Complete routes efficiently and timely.

Compensation:

• Full-time: $650 - $800 weekly, based on performance, with potential for more.
• Part-time: $150 - $220 daily, with potential for more based on performance.
• Paid vacation after 1 year.
• Bonuses available for both full-time and part-time roles based on performance.

Paid training provided on delivery procedures, equipment operation, customer service, and safety protocols.
