As an F&I Manager, you will assist customers with vehicle financing, insurance, aftermarket products, and warranties. You'll collaborate with the sales team, providing information on finance and lease programs, and maintain relationships with lenders to secure competitive rates. Accuracy in processing deals and securing approvals is essential.

The typical schedule is Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week, totaling 45-48 hours per week.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Finance or related field preferred
• 1-2 years automotive industry experience
• Detail-oriented with excellent computer and communication skills
• Able to achieve sales goals with high customer satisfaction

• Valid, clean driver's license
