Tread Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A Team Drivers for dedicated terminal-to-terminal routes out of our Dallas–Fort Worth terminal in Fort Worth, TX. Earn up to 90 CPM with weekly bonuses and a robust benefits package, all while enjoying consistent miles and a reliable schedule.

Drivers are paid weekly as W-2 employees, with access to guaranteed lanes and home-time each week. Join a team-focused operation offering strong onboarding and competitive incentives.

Qualifications

• 6 months Class A CDL experience with approved driving school.
• 1 year Class A CDL experience without driving school.
• Doubles endorsement preferred; can be obtained during onboarding.
• Good MVR with no accidents in the past 12 months.
• Pass criminal checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Terminal-to-terminal operations.
• 100% drop & hook.
• No-touch freight.
• Run established lanes across the FedEx nationwide network.

REQUIREMENTS
