Overview

FedEx Business Route Pickup & Delivery Driver – No CDL required. Competitive pay, monthly bonuses, well‑maintained trucks, and a schedule that allows you to be home for dinner.

QIC Corporation is a contracted service provider with FedEx. Pay is $20‑$21 per hour for full‑time or daily‑rate pay for part‑time positions.

Responsibilities

• Use GPS system to locate and deliver packages to businesses in the Western Shawnee & Lenexa area.
• Conduct a pre‑trip inspection before starting the day at the QIC hub.
• Follow safety and DOT regulations, maintain accurate time records, and ensure all deliveries meet FedEx standards.
• Lifting and moving packages up to 150 lbs, including use of dollies and assistance from teammates when needed.
• Keep the delivery truck and equipment in a clean and safe condition.

Schedule & Compensation

Business Route hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 7–7:30 PM. Options include 4 or 5 days a week, with weekend shifts available.

Pay: $20‑$21 per hour or daily rate for part‑time. Full‑time benefits include health insurance, free dental, free vision, free life insurance, paid time off, and bonus pay.
