Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of related IT management experience.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and integrating JLVC federate systems.
• DoD RMF/ cybersecurity compliance and certifications (SEC+).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the manager of the Simulation Federation (e.g., JLVC, JLCCTC, NGC) and as a communications nucleus for multiple events across CONUS/OCONUS.
• Troubleshoot federate systems, RTI software, client system software, and networking in complex training environments.
• Advise government representatives on technical recommendations and timelines for Federation capabilities.
• Ensure exercise databases are complete, accurate, functional and on time.
