Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a JLVC Federation Manager (Simulations) to lead, troubleshoot, and integrate simulation federates across multiple sites in support of MTCCS II.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, security compliance, and collaboration with government partners to ensure readiness. The position requires Top Secret/SCI clearance, ongoing travel to AoRs, and on-site work at customer locations in the Pacific region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years JLVC technical and operational competencies.
• DoD cybersecurity RMF/IA policies knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager of the Simulation Federation (JLVC/JLCCTC/NGC) across CONUS and OCONUS sites.
• Troubleshoot federate systems, RTI software, client systems, and networking.
• Advise government representatives on technical recommendations and timelines.
• Ensure exercise databases are complete, accurate, functional and on time.
