Qualifications

• BA/BS required with a strong academic background.
• 10+ years in the domains listed above.
• Certifications in the domain are highly preferred.
• Experience with IRS or federal government projects is strongly preferred.
• Experience in professional services consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support engagements by shaping project strategy and deliverables.
• Assess organizational roadmaps and modernize workflows.
• Identify success metrics and risks for modernization.
• Visit TACs, interview stakeholders, and observe current processes.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and insights.
• Develop clear recommendations and client communications.
