Upstate Medical University is seeking a Cytopathology Work-Study student to assist with various laboratory activities. Responsibilities include maintaining the lab, compiling teaching slide sets, and assisting with data entry and documentation organization.
The position offers flexible workdays from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, negotiable based on class schedule. This opportunity is exclusively for students enrolled at Upstate and receiving financial aid scholarships.
The Cytopathology Work-Study position involves assisting with a variety of Cytology laboratory activities, including providing assistance with general laboratory maintenance activities, such as slide filing, transporting samples within the department, scanning documents. Compiling teaching slide sets and data entry for record keeping, assisting with organizing laboratory documents.
$17/hour
