RIVA Solutions, Inc. seeks a seasoned Technical SME to lead enterprise web modernization for Federal health and public-facing platforms.

You will provide senior guidance on Drupal/WCMS architecture, cloud operations, and AI capabilities, collaborating with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, accessible digital solutions. You will mentor staff, review designs, and advise on CI/CD, DevSecOps, and performance optimization, ensuring compliance with Federal

Qualifications

Experience advising on architecture for large public-facing websites.
Strong Drupal/WCMS, APIs, and integration knowledge.
Experience with AWS cloud environments and security considerations.
Ability to communicate risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Advise on architecture and modernization strategy for federal websites.
Review designs, Drupal modules, APIs, and data feeds for security and scalability.
Provide guidance on Drupal/WCMS config, search, AI chatbot capabilities.
Support incident resolution and production performance.
Mentor staff and communicate options to Government leadership.
