Job summary

Onsite Construction Group, LLC in Jefferson City, MO seeks an experienced Federal Construction Trim Carpenter to support facility maintenance, renovations, and new construction within a federal hospital setting.

This role requires knowledge of UFC/UFGS standards, ability to read blueprints, OSHA 10/30, and to pass background and drug screening; competitive pay of $30-$40 per hour plus benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with finish installations and ADA compliance is preferred.
• Must pass background screening and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial doors, frames, and finish hardware.
• Install hollow metal frames, wood doors, and specialty hardware.
• Perform finish carpentry including base, casing, crown molding, cabinetry, millwork, and trim.
• Install restroom accessories, wall protection, visual display boards, and specialty items.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and federal contract requirements.
• Complete work compliant with UFC, UFGS, and project specs.
• Coordinate with superintendents, quality control, and other trades.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant job sites and follow safety requirements.
