Baker Tilly US is a leading CPA advisory firm seeking a Federal Tax Senior Associate to join a growth-oriented practice in Dallas. You will deliver industry-focused tax advisory and compliance to a broad client base and benefit from strong mentorship, flexibility in work arrangements, and meaningful client relationships.

You will develop technical accounting skills, collaborate with partners, and grow professionally within a firm that values development and work-life balance.

Formación

• 4-year degree required.
• 3 years of experience in public accounting or tax advised roles.
• CPA or JD license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle market clients.
• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, individuals and corporations.
• Participate in tax research projects and draft IRS responses.
• Team with leaders on projects in areas such as ASC740 and accounting methods.
• Develop recommendations for the client and share with leadership.
• Communicate with specialty tax practices on complex matters in state/local, international credits.
